Napoleon Hill And Dan Pena Knew This Success Secret

Napoleon Hill made more millionaires over his lifetime than anyone who came before him...even more than Andrew Carnegie.

His book, 'Think and Grow Rich' even today influences the minds of people all around the world.

But how did Dr. Hill become so tremendous? So outrageously successful? At a very early age, he understood a very important success principle.

'Billionaire' Dan Pena over in Scotland also understands this very same success principle.

Most people say they want financial fr.eedom...a nicer home, another car, to travel more, to be able to make your own hours.

We see Dan Pena's obscenely beautiful castle and comment, 'I want that too.'

But Dan is quick to tell you about all the years of hard work and sacrifice he put in which made that castle his own.

And it took Napoleon Hill all but 3 seconds to tell Andrew Carnegie he was willing to work the next 20 years for him without any sort of pay or compensation in order to succeed.

So in light of what these two great men have accomplished, answer this for me:

“What are YOU willing to pay for your financial freedom?”

What are YOU willing to DO in order to have the things you’ve always wanted inyour life?

(What price are you going to pay if you DON’T do what it takes!)

People who have little can feel the pain of their circumstances and are more apt to do something to make a change in their lives. This is because we all naturally move toward pleasure and away from pain. Their challenge of course is that they have to learn a whole new way of doing things.

Those who have a lot and still strive to reach higher goals usually have some of the success principles already at work in their lives and need new strategies and paradyms.

Where do YOU fit in here?

Are you struggling to make ends meet? Are you saddled down with mortgages and other types of debt?

Or are you somewhere in the middle…where you have some, just enough to keep you moving on the hamster wheel of life each day?

9 out of 10 people tell me they’re 110% committed to doing what it takes to succeed.

You know what? All but 1 or 2 of those 9 people are simply talking and not ready to actually roll up their sleeves and scrape their knuckles getting the work done.

I’m telling you this:

“You have to choose financial freedom and then be willing to do what it takes to make it happen.”

You cannot hope for it.
You cannot wish it into existence.
And you cannot gain it from outside yourself.

We don't all have to be Dan Penas and Napoleon Hills.

But take the wisdom from their achievements and make it your own.

If you can't dedicate your next 20 years or if you're not willing to sacrifice the precious moments of being with your family in order to get your own castle, then at least do this:

Take a small step.

Make an extra sales call.

Get up 20 minutes earlier each day to work on your vision or work out your muscles.

Cut out ONE TV show and get working on your future.

Choose It. Commit To It. Make It Happen.

Multiple Steps To Success

Having an interest in online business, I often frequent forums that are for people who have or want a successful online business. There is one theme that recurs time and time again, and one that touches me with sadness. That is, the number of people who sound despondent and want to give up. You may think that such an attitude would be confined to those who had at been trying to get their online business going for a year or more. Often, though, it might just be a month, or like an example today, three weeks.

Such a short term view is totally unrealistic. In that particular case, the person concerned was being given a kick start by a highly experienced and well known internet marketer, for free. He was complaining already, despite not having done anything himself, that he had so far received no benefit, and that the whole idea needed to be rethought, presumably so that he could be raking in a fortune inside another month without doing any work.

That sort of attitude is likely to lead to failure for a tough ambition such as making a decent income online. Success at anything normally involves taking one step at a time, sometimes along several parallel routes that, eventually, run into one and bring you success. With working online, for example, there are a wide variety of skills, methodologies and pitfalls, all to be dealt with methodically en route to success. Success does not come quickly unless you are very lucky; but those who are patient, have a vision, and are prepared to work hard, taking a step at a time, have a very good chance of succeeding....eventually.

I was not sure whether to feel sorry for that particular poster, or annoyed with him for complaining about what was some valuable free assistance from a genuine expert. In the end, I felt neither, and left him to find out the realities of life.

Most visions of success do really need a number of steps to be taken, and success cannot be achieved in one giant leap. A good example is with a professional qualification, such as the management accounting qualification for which I studied when I was younger. The end result, the "success", was a certificate, but you could not just order that certificate. There were several series of steps:

1. 5 stages of either 3 or 4 examinations had to be passed to qualify; a total of 18 examinations in all.

2. To pass a stage, you had to pass each exam individually, which meant being well inside the top 40% of students for each one. Fail in one, and you fail the stage. That meant starting again.

3. Each examination required different skills, knowledge and practical application to succeed. Subjects were varied, such as computing, marketing, financial accounting, organisation and management, contract law, business law, and corporate planning. Each was a separate step, requiring a separate approach, with no scope to put a foot wrong. Each a big step in itself, with many little steps along their own route.

Once a stage was passed successfully, it was like starting all over again with another series of steps, each getting progressively more difficult. Many students fell by the way side or had to resit. There was no avoiding the necessary steps.

That is true of most ambitions in which you seek success. If success is really worthwhile in something, it is unlikely to be easy and simple. So it is best to bear that in mind when focusing on your goal.

Once you have a vision of your goal, you need to recognize all the essential steps to the goal's realization. There is no harm in imagining the final success; visualization of fulfilment will help. However, you do need to give appropriate attention to each of the essential steps. In the professional qualification example, I hated business law, but had to give it special attention to pass, otherwise all my work on the other subjects in that stage would have been worthless. Having got through that stage, the next included company law, which was nothing more than a memory test. I hated that even more; but still had to pass it.

Most worthwhile goals have similar essential steps, which you need to recognise, and then devise a plan to address each step with whatever effort, knowledge, skills and practice you may need. Having formed your plan for each step, you can then set about them methodically, carving your way to success, one step at a time.

If you write down your goal, and then the individual, essential steps, you will have the great satisfaction of ticking off each step, and then stand back and see you have reached your vision. Your goal will be achieved.

Money Making Idea - Building A Successful You

Okay, this is the first thing you should remember.YOU are the absolute most important factor for building your success to make money, whether your business is online or offline. This is a making money opportunity for everyone to consider.

I have personally researched successful and unsuccessful people throughout my history of resources and nearly all successful people have important factors in common. The same thing goes for unsuccessful people too. It's all about your business attitude (confidence/competance), business plan, and well-being.

First of all, you must be willing to take action to change your life factors, without depending on others to take care of it for you, or waiting for that special miracle that will most likely NEVER happen. Most every successful person is willing to take action right away. Most unsuccessful people are almost clueless of what to do and often have a "book of excuses" or only wish that they could be successful without making the sacrifice.

That brings us to our first important factor... laziness and unwillingness to succeed. Laziness does not necessarily determine your failure. There are PLENTY of people who are extremely lazy that still have the drive to take it upon themselves and take action to improve their life. Most of the time, the reason is so they could stay just as lazy and still make plenty of money. Hey, whatever gives you the motivation, right? But, don't confuse laziness with unwillingness. Often times, success is generated from being at the right place at the right time. But, I wouldn't wait around to find out if that's the case or not.

Success is brought by sincere ambition, with the unwillingness to fail. But, don't keep poking at a dead horse hoping that it will kick back. There must be a strong business plan and it must be carefully thought out. BE COMPETANT and careful on what business you are plunging yourself into, before you sink to the bottom with it. Make sure you have a backup plan, even though you shouldn't need it if your business plan has truly been researched appropriately.

The wrong attitude will not make a business work, I'm here to tell you. Most unsuccessful people will have bad attitudes brought on by personal friends/family, employment, lack of strive to succeed, or for whatever reason. Don't let this take your success away from your future. Everyone is entitled to their fair share of success, but must be willing to make the change. Many will feel that there is not enough time, with everything going on in life, or they just aren't smart enough to do so. That brings us to the next step.

KNOWLEDGE/INFORMATION is the key resource to any business and is absolutely the most valuable commodity that can be obtained. Now, in the "old days" before the internet was accessible, information was very difficult and inconvenient to reach. Now there are no excuses. We have the internet. The whole world is at YOUR fingertips and it's up to you to find it, in the comfort of your own home of course.

Time does play an important role in research, as it does often take much time to find whatever it is you're looking for. But, it's not enough of an excuse to fail. It's up to you to make today and tomorrow count! Opportunity doesn't always knock on everyone's door, so get out there and FIND IT YOURSELF. Find out what works for others and do the research to see if that's what you're looking for. It's MUCH easier to make money than you may think, and I'm not talking about $20 or $50 dollars an hour. I'm speaking of 20, 50, 100 grand a month residual income. In other words, your business works for you, instead of the other way around.

Another important factor that cannot be overlooked is your health. Take care of yourself and yourself may take better care of you. Many things can be sacrificed to bring your success, but sacrificing your health should not be an option. Your success will not be as meaningful and fulfilling, if you can't enjoy it!

So, remember that your steps are to:

Realize that you are in control of your future success to take action now.

Mild laziness is acceptable as long as you are willing to take the necessary steps to further your growth.

Do your research and get the required information to make your business work.

Maintain good health so you can enjoy your future!

But, until next time, please take care and have a wonderful time!

Miracles are Your Responsibility

Miracles are your responsibility!  What does that mean? Simple...You have a responsibility to create miracles in your own life.  The responsibility lies on your shoulders. You can’t blame anyone else, and you can’t look outside of yourself for someone else to create the miracles for you.  In this article, I’m going to break down the word “Miracle”, because each of you have a responsibility.  As you know, my Why is to impact others and change the world one heart at a time.  As you read this today, my goal is for you to take responsibility and realize that you have the innate ability to create miracles. So let’s get started!

The letter “M” means Momentum, which is created by you.  You must create Momentum in your life for yourself, for your Why, for your family, for your success, for your finances, for your health...YOU create Momentum!  No one else will do it for you.  You aren’t a surfer waiting for the next wave to come in.  You and only you must create your own Momentum to drive you toward creating your Miracle!

The letter “I” stands for Incentive.  You must have something inciting you to action...your ultimate “Why”.  Why are you doing what you are doing?  Why do you want to begin that business?  An Incentive builds the foundation that keeps you focused on your Miracle.  No doubt about it!  But again, it is your responsibility to determine what your incentive is and how it will drive you toward your Miracle.

The letter “R” stands for Revelation.  As you read this today, get a Revelation!  It’s your responsibility...no one else’s.  It doesn’t matter who you are, where you came from, how much money you have...get a Revelation. YOU can and will create Miracles!

The letter “A” stands for Action.  I know you’ve heard this before, but read this today, print it out and decide that you are going to take Action to create Miracles.  Once again, no one will do it for you! Take the Action that you know that you need to take to create your Miracle.

The letter “C” stands for Commitment.  Finally...once and for all...dive right into it...get Committed to your Miracle!  It’s your responsibility.  Inside you is a reason for why you are here...your Miracle...so Commit to it.  Go for it!

The letter “L” stands for Love.  You must Love what you do.  You must Love the Miracle that you are focused on creating.  If your Miracle is all about money...you will fail!  Your Miracle cannot be based on money.  Your Miracle must be based on what you can do to impact the world, which will produce everlasting results. You will produce true Miracles!  Don’t let anyone else tell you what you must do for money.  Love what you do and create your own Miracles.

The letter “E” stands for Energy.  Your gonna need Energy to create your Miracle.  There’s no such thing as it “falling in your lap”, “luck” or “winning the lotto” in a success mindset.  It takes hard work! You need the Energy to take those daily action steps to create your Miracle.  Again, it is your responsibility to maintain your Energy to create your Miracle.  Miracle...It’s your responsibility.

As I say,

You must be absolutely clear about your goal and be relentless in your pursuit of Your "WHY!"

Mind Power: Tap the Magnificent Power of Your Subconscious Mind!

I am sure those of you who have read self-help books, hypnosis books, probability of you encountering this mysterious word called “subconscious mind” are pretty high. So, you hope that the book that you are reading will provide you with a satisfactory explanation to what subconscious mind is. Unfortunately, the book does not touch on the topic on subconscious mind. Do not go sleepless over this question, as this amazing article will tell you what you really need to know about subconscious mind. So, what in the world is subconscious mind?

Another name for subconscious mind is sleeping mind or the unconscious mind. Both names arises due to the fact that you have completely no awareness that your subconscious mind exists. Your subconscious mind is a very hardworking mind as it stores almost every single experience in your life. The information that it stores can either be helpful or destructive as the data in your subconscious mind ultimately forms the foundation of your belief system. The beliefs that you have will determine how you lead your life. Now that you have a brief understanding of what subconscious mind is and the power of it, I shall tell you how to make full use of your subconscious mind.

Creative Visualization

Before you head off to your dreamland every night, spend 5 minutes everyday visualizing your goals and ambitions. Imagine yourself already achieving it and feel the emotions that you will feel when you achieved it. This simple and easy exercise is super effective in eliminating any negative emotions that hindered your path to obtaining your goals. The time before you head off to sleep is the perfect time to do this exercise as this is the time where your mind is most willing to accept new information. The next step to unlocking the potential of your subconscious mind is doing positive self-affirmations.

Positive Self-affirmations

Every single morning, repeat your life aims to yourself with an enthusiastic tone. You need to say it passionately as only this way that your brain will register what you say. The longer you practice doing positive affirmations, the more you believe in your goals and you already have reprogrammed your subconscious mind that you can achieve it.

Subliminal Programming

Spend about 10 to 20 minutes everyday listening and watching subliminal videos or audio tapes. Subliminal CDs are readily available in your local CD stores. These CDs can improve your life but you need to listen to them on a regular basis. The downside is that the effect is temporary so you need to listen to them daily. They are also very convenient to listen as they are portable. You can place them in your mp3s and listen to them while working out. While driving your car, you can also listen to them.

Creating a Positive Environment

Choose a place where you regularly work. This could be your study room or your workplace. Then, put up positive and motivational posters. The more posters you put up , the lesser the negative thoughts you will think of and the faster your subconscious mind will internalize those positive beliefs. Your mind is an unbelievable thing; it will go on a autopilot to pick up those positive phrases in your posters. Soon, you will feel yourself easily energized in your workplace and get things down quickly. Do the above faithfully and I can assured you that you will see results very soon.
